As reported by Livy, via Porphyrio · Livy, lost Book 133, fragment 54, preserved in Porphyrio's commentary on Horace, Odes 1.37

Context Captured after Octavian took Alexandria in 30 BC, she was treated leniently so that she could be paraded in his Roman triumph, and she repeated these words before taking her own life.
